These homeowners in Plymouth, MN reached out to DBS for help keeping their basement dry. Their existing sump pump was not functioning properly, causing it to run constanly, and emit a musty odor into the air.
DBS Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Rich recommended installing a new discharge line to carry water to the exterior of the home, as well as a new UltraSump™ sump pump. The UltraSump™ 4 removes up to 12,000 gallons of water on a single charge, keeping your home dry and protected until you're able to get your primary pump running again.
We also installed our SaniDry™ XP dehumidifcation system that filters musty basement air, and directs the moisture to the new sump pump. These systems work together to collect and remove water in leaky basements. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby, and his production crew.
