This now allows the water to drain properly into the new TripleSafe™ Sump Pump system every time.

The project was carried out by replacing the old sump pump with the TripleSafe® Sump Pump, installing WaterGuard along the walls to ensure that water flows directly to the sump pump, and lining the walls with CleanSpace® wall protectant to prevent mold growth in the future.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation on this project with his crew. They installed DBS's WaterGuard® draining system to divert the flow of water to a TripleSafe™ triple safe sump pump that pushes the water out and away from the foundation. In addition to the new drainage system, the basement walls were covered in CleanSpace®, a waterproofing poly material to cover leaky walls and direct water into WaterGuard® drains. To correct the foundational issues, they installed DBS's GeoLock™ Wall Anchor System to permanently stabilize the failing walls.
Now that both sets of projects have been successfully installed, the homeowners can relax comfortably in their home knowing that it has been properly waterproofed and permanently stabilized.

Carpenter Brandon Wollin installed the project with his team and together they installed a WaterGuard® drainage system to help divert to the TripleSafe™ sump pump they also had installed. In addition to the new draining system and sump pump, they also installed CleanSpace®, a waterproof poly material that is applied over walls. CleanSpace® will assist in directing water behind the material down into WaterGuard® drains, and the drains will carry water to the TripleSafe™ sump pump to be expelled out and away from the home through an exterior discharge line.
After completing the project, the home has been effectively waterproofed, and the homeowner can now relax comfortably in their home knowing that their home is safe and dry.
