The power of the PolyLevel System allows us to reverse settlement and save concrete driveways like these! The homeowner had noticed some sinking in his driveway leading up to his garage, leaving some pretty dangerous room for tripping. Before it got worse, he decided to reach out to us to see what we could offer to help. After a thorough inspection of his driveway, we were able to get our concrete crew out to fix it up with PolyFoam. The process and cure time is fast, and the PolyFoam injection leaves no mess. Its hard to tell we were ever there! The only new difference is an even driveway.
This homeowner called because his driveway was riddled with cracks, and he was aware of the potential problems this could bring. Cracks leave openings fore water and moisture to slip into and beneath the slab. If this continues for too long, serious erosion can occur, which can lead to settlement and broken concrete. We sent one of our design specialists out, Matt, to inspect the driveway and create a plan. The main component in this plan is our NexusPro system, a sealant that is flexible, yet durable and perfect for situations just like this. Sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro creates a strong UV and weather-resistant barrier, meaning that no matter how hard it might rain, moisture cannot find its way in. We have solutions for sunken concrete as well, but luckily we were able to get out before it got to that point!
This driveway for a new construction home was already starting to crack and look unsightly. The homeowners knew that fixing the crack soon would keep the damage from getting worse. We offer a great solution called NexusPro. This product is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks. It was made to withstand extreme conditions and keep from cracking, bubbling, or drying out.
This 15 year old driveway was having large cracks grow throughout the concrete. Not only are the cracks unattractive, they give water a way to get under the concrete. This causes washout which can lead to further damage. Fixing cracks is easy and fast with our exclusive sealant product called NexusPro. It's a sturdy silicone-based sealant for cracks and joints that is created to stand against harsh weather conditions.
This homeowner was looking for driveway crack repair for their beautiful home in Madison. The home and landscaping were stunning, but the cracks in the driveway were an eyesore and bringing the curb appeal down.
We found that some of the driveway had sunken in a couple inches from soil erosion, causing the cracks to form. Without taking the time to fix WHY the cracks were there in the first place, we would have just been putting a temporary bandaid over the problem. To start the project, we injected PolyLevel foam under the sinking concrete to fill the void and raise the driveway up to a level position. Our foam is quick and durable. Once the concrete is level on all sides, we use NexusPro, our silicone sealant, to seal up the cracks for good.
