This homeowner reached out to us with a driveway problem, it appeared to be teeter-tottering, sinking in one area and trying to raise in another. Being a surface that is walked on and driven on every single day, the homeowner obviously knew something would need to be done. After stumbling upon one of our television commercials, they decided to reach out and give us a chance. We sent one of our design specialist out, a master of all things concrete, and had them take a look at this uneven slab. You'll notice in the first image that the difference in level is very immediately noticeable, but the problem gets worse than that. Under the flat and raised part of the slab, larger voids had began to form, meaning an even worse state of imminent. This is where PolyFoam comes in. Our PolyLevel system, which uses the expanding foam, involves us injecting an exact needed amount of foam to fill any voids and raise concrete back up to original level. It is pumped through tiny created holes in the slab, which are filled up after a very quick cure time. Check out the difference in these two images! Once again, you may not be able to see the voids in the image, but you wouldn't be able to anyways, because our concrete crew managed to completely fill them in. We are very proud of our team and their expert work, enjoy the comparison!
This homeowner originally reached out to us with a very concerning issue regarding their driveway and how unlevel it had become. Our talented concrete crew made it out the home and handled that issue, but we were also able to help them with a less-pressing issue. This concrete walkway was riddled with small cracks, leading all the way up to their front door. Cracks like these are what allowed water to find its way under their driveway in the first place and create those major issues. In order to avoid a repeat, we went ahead and recommended we get these walkway cracks sealed up. This is done with our high-quality concrete sealant, NexusPro. It is very flexible and UV-Resistant, making it an extremely solid choice protector for this walkway. Check out all the cracks we found and covered in the provided before and after images!
You can see the previous attempts by the homeowner to deal with this large crack in this concrete sidewalk. Fortunately, he eventually found our company and we were able to provide a permanent solution. Our NexusPro system will keep water from entering the crack and causing settlement problems for a long time to come, due to its flexibility and UV-resistance.
Cracks in concrete feel inevitable, which makes them also feel like not that big of a deal. Once it begins though, if left unattended, it opens the door for further and further seepage, erosion, and of course more cracking. This homeowner wasn't too bothered by the cracking on his pool patio at first, but as you can see, it started to spread and get out of hand. Fortunately, we were able to get one of our knowledgable design specialist out to his home to teach him about NexusPro. These images allow you to see where all we used NexusPro, revealing just how bad the cracks had gotten. All sealed up, natural and pool water no longer has an entry to sneak between the slab and cause major risks of erosion or settlement.
This concrete sidewalk looked fine on the exterior, but beneath the surface it was hiding massive and dangerous voids. You can see in the before image just how far our concrete foremen was able to fit his leg into one of the voids. If this was allowed to be left how it was, serious cracking or settlement was destined to occur. Fortunately, our concrete crew brought out PolyLevel and NexusPro systems to ensure that won't be a worry. In the after image, you can see a bit of the PolyFoam used in our PolyLevel system. The entire underside of this sidewalk and its voids have been injected with this expanding foam, leaving no room for settlement. The cracks and breakage that had already occurred, were sealed with NexusPro, our UV-resistant and flexible sealant, to make sure moisture has no more easy access under the concrete where it can continue the erosion. We are proud of our concrete crew and hope this sidewalk continues to be safely used for a long time.
