Concrete Leveling in Auburn, NE

This local business owner in Auburn, NE noticed the concrete that formed the entryway was beginning to develop into a tripping hazard. In order to protect his customers and staff, he chose to have it repaired. In addition, he was frustrated with the appearance of the sunken concrete and the image it could convey for his business. The customer chose to call Thrasher because of our reputation and convenient appointment booking.

The project began with our System Design Specialist, Corey Nelson, visiting the business in Auburn, NE. It was determined the landing outside the front door was settling causing the walkway to buckle upwards and creating the tripping hazard. To repair this, the customer opted to have our team install our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. The team began by injecting our PolyLevel foam into the voided area to lift and level the concrete. NexusPro Sealer was then applied to seal al cracks and joints to prevent any water from infiltrating the concrete in the future.

The business owner was very pleased with our concrete repair solutions. He was impressed with our crew’s efficiency and display of professionalism throughout the duration of the project. He now has peace of mind knowing his customers and staff are safe when entering and exiting the building.

Concrete Repair in Bellevue, MO

After having Thrasher out for other projects in the past, this customer in Bellevue MO decided to have us come back out to help her with the concrete issues she was noticing. Wanting to protect her driveway from cracking or sinking our crews recommended using NexusPro to seal and protect the joints. With spots in the driveway already starting to sink causing gaps in the joints, sealing and protecting these joints will help make the concrete look new and last for years to come.

Front Stoop Tripping Hazard Fixed in Bellevue, NE

These homeowners just moved into town and they were worried about the tripping hazard on their front stoop. They didn't want their movers to have problems or get injured just by helping them move their stuff, so after doing some research into concrete repair companies, they gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Thomas Graff to welcome them to the area, as well as diagnose and solve the tripping hazard these homeowners were facing. After inspection, Thomas determined that the home had recently installed gutters, however the old gutter system was still collecting water which lead directly to the front walkway. The soil underneath the walkway was weakened by the water erosion from the gutters, so the soil settled, causing a massive void under the front stoop. The homeowners were frustrated by this as it was a new-to-them home, but Thomas knew just how to help them fix their problem. Our installation team was sent out and they used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the front stoop and walkway.

The homeowners were very happy with the solutions that Thomas suggested and had installed. They were so impressed with the installation crew and their ability to get the job done in one day. Check out the leveled front stoop and driveway!

Street Creeps in Bellevue, NE

This homeowner likes to keep her house nice and remain proactive about potential problems. A couple of her concrete slabs near the garage were starting to settle and there were strong signs of street creep. There were vertical cracks forming in their garage and that pressure was about to reach the foundation wall which would cause serious damage. After we lifted and leveled the slabs, we installed a CompressionGuard, as seen in the "After" photo, to prevent any additional damage caused by street creep.

Concrete Driveway Repair in Omaha, NE

Theresa is a homeowner in Omaha, NE, and needed some concrete repair work. The concrete had settled and created a tripping hazard. Looking to prevent further damage and cost, she decided to call Thrasher Foundation Repair.

We sent System Design Specialist Sam Frei out to Theresa’s home. Sam was able to see that the driveway had a large amount of cracking due to street creep pressure, so the crew installed a CompressionGaurd to help with the expansion. We also used a combination of PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant to level and close the exposed joints.
