Meghan is a new homeowner in Omaha, NE, and noticed the driveway settled and sloped toward the garage and caused water to flow towards her foundation Her parents had used Thrasher for work on their home and after hearing about their great experience with us, she felt confident that we could provide her with the same great experience.

System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to Meghan’s home for a free inspection and explained how our concrete solution would help her driveway and prevent water from pooling. First, we used PolyLevel and lifted the concrete as much as 5 inches in some spots. Then we used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints so no more movement would occur.

Bonita is a longtime homeowner in Omaha, NE, and over the last couple of years, she has noticed that stairs leading up to her front porch and door were continually settling and leaning. We sent System Design Specialist Britton Wood out to her home and noticed that the concrete had started to settle. The crew started by using PolyLevel to raise the stair back up to level and we used  NexusPro Joint Sealant to caulk all of the joints and gaps. This homeowner was constantly worried about themself or someone else tripping and hurting themselves on their sidewalk. The concrete was unlevel and had large cracks. To solve these issues, we injected our PolyLevel expanding foam to lift and level the concrete slabs. We then used NexusPro to seal all the cracks and joints. 

This homeowner wanted to keep his patio from falling and remove the tripping hazards from his patio. He knew that if the problem prolonged, someone could get hurt, so he decided to give us a call. 

We sent System Design Specialist Caleb Spradlin to inspect the concrete and help this homeowner to repair the tripping hazard. Caleb assessed that the concrete slabs were uneven because of soil washout causing voids underneath the concrete. Our team got to work on solving this by filling the voids with PolyLevel Concrete Leveling, then sealing the joints and cracks with NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair.
