These homeowners recently moved into their new home. After being at the home for a couple of months, they noticed some cracks starting in the walls as well as the floor started sagging. They were concerned about maintaining the property value of their home, and they decided that it needed to be fixed. One of their family members had recommended our services a few months ago after they had some work done, so these homeowners decided to give us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Nick Tiberghien to inspect the floor and wall problem, determine why this was happening, and give a comprehensive solution that would solve these homeowners problems. Nick found that the sagging floors were happening due to a support column sinking directly underneath the home; He also found that the problems were getting worse overtime because there was high humidity in the home's crawlspace which was weakening the support column. After discussing this with the homeowners, Nick reassured them that the floors could be fixed and that one of our installation teams could be there soon to help. When the homeowner's appointment time came around, our installation team came in with our SmartJack System which is used to stabilize and raise the floors up.
The homeowners were so excited to have the installation team fix their floor problem. They said that the floors look and feel a lot better. Check out these homeowner's newly supported support beam in their crawlspace!
This large hall called Eagles Lodge in Ozark, MO has been a staple in the community for the past 30 years, and the organization wants it to last another 30. However, it’s in desperate need of a flooring job due to its size and length. The structure originally had three wood beams beginning to rot resting on failing concrete blocks. After comparing our solution to competing companies, they knew ours was the permanent solution they needed to make it last another 30 years.
From there, System Design Specialist Max Huggins began the project. In order to give the flooring the support it needed, the team installed four 70 foot long steel beams to replace the rotting wood ones. For increased support and structure, the steel beams were paired with our SmartJack crawl space support system that’s galvanized for corrosion resistance. Although this is a permanent fix, Max explained the importance of the warranty in place to guarantee this structure is built to last.
The community was impressed throughout the duration of the project, and they’re thrilled Eagle Lodge will be around for the distant future. In addition to the tangible results, they were pleased with our team’s ability to deliver an incredible experience.
Eric and his wife are worried that their floor is going to fall through and cause irreparable damage. You can see in the "before" photo how they were once sinking. The couple used to live in an RV, so it's important to them that this home is taken care of because they plan on staying there. To stabilize the sagging floors, we supported the beam under the floor using eight SmartJacks. SmartJacks are designed to stop settling, can raise sagging floors back to the proper level, and are adjustable!

This homeowner wanted to fix her retaining wall because it was cracked and she was worried that it would not support anything if it got worse. She knew we had solutions for this problem, so she gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Daryn Britton to inspect the retaining wall and determine how we could best fix it. Daryn found that the retaining wall was deflecting 4 inches and there was a large crack that was making this possible. Knowing just how to help, our team installed Geolocks to stabilize the wall and straighten it over time. The crack in the wall is not gone, however the retaining wall is once again stable and will no continue to deflect.
The homeowner was very happy when her retaining wall was fixed and her son even wants to help tighten the anchors in the future. Check out the Geolock anchors!
