This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts had an issue with sagging floors in their house. They wanted new lally columns to help support the floor. They decided to give Erickson Foundation Supportworks a call and they set up an appointment.
Brian Allen was the Design Specialist on this project. Brian came to their home and walked them through some options to reverse the effects of sagging floors. Brian recommended that the homeowners use SmartJacks to support their floors. Jon Provost was the Crew Lead on this project. Jon and his crew successfully installed the SmartJacks in the homeowner's basement. The SmartJacks made it so the floor was no longer sagging anymore.

Note* In the finished picture the concrete was still wet. When dry that concrete will match the rest of the concrete.
This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts has been a customer of EFS for the past couple of years. EFS has helped them restore confidence in the foundation of their homes. EFS has installed a block foundation wall, Push Piers and PowerBraces into their home. The homeowner has once again reached out to EFS with an issue that they would like solved. The homeowner wanted EFS to come out and look at the walls of their basement to see if they could seal some holes in their fieldstone foundation wall.
Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement. He recommended installing a Polywall restoration onto the foundation walls. Polywall Restoration will seal the walls and add an off-white color to the entire wall.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team sprayed all of the walls in the basement to permanently seal them.

Over the past two years, they have noticed some of the finished work in the first level of the home begin to crack and slope. They would like to have the supports in the crawlspace looked at. The homeowner reached out to EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into the crawlspace to support the floor above.
This homeowner in Groton, Massachusetts recently got their oil tank installed in the basement. When the tank was being installed the homeowner noticed that the rock wall near the oil tank was crumbling and chunks appeared to be falling off the wall. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the basement and the rock wall foundation. Kenny confirmed that the wall is crumbling and recommended a solution. Kenny had noticed some of the support posts in the basement seemed weak. Kenny's recommended solution is to install an Auxiliary wall to the section of the wall that is crumbling and to replace some of the supports in the basement with SmartJacks.
