There was an existing crack in the foundation wall of the garage that had gotten larger after the patio was installed. The homeowner called EFS for them to find a possible solution to stop the crack from getting bigger. Our Design Specialist recommended installing PowerBraces to stop the wall from deflecting further.
This homeowner in Hollis, New Hampshire recently purchased the home and noticed the floor was sagging a little. The homeowners wanted to look into the options they had to permanently fix the sag in the floors. Design Specialist Michael Bierdzycki came to the home and talked to the homeowners about the options they had. They settled on installing SmartJacks in their home. Josh Provost and his crew installed the SmartJacks into the home to permanently fix the sag on the floor.
Alexander C. of Hollis, New Hampshire was experiencing water entering his basement through two cracks in his foundation. After a big rainstorm, he reached out to EFS to see if they could come out and seal the cracks. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and inspected the cracks that were in question. He proposed that they seal the cracks using Crack Seal and then use a crack monitor on the bigger crack. The Crack Monitor will allow the homeowner to see if the crack is getting worse or remaining the same.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his crew came to the home and sealed both the wall cracks and installed a Crack Monitor on the crack near the stairs. Both cracks were sealed successfully and won't allow water to enter anymore.
Alexander was happy that water won't be leaking into his basement anymore.
