SmartJacks Installation, Nashua, NH
This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire was concerned about the supports in their basement. They had first been concerned with these supports since they moved into their home in 2012. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the basement and recommended installing SmartJacks into the basement to add support to the floor above.
Sunroom Floor is Sloping, Nashua, NH
This homeowner recently purchased their home in July 2021. After they purchased the home, they felt that the sunroom floors were sloping away from the home. The home is set on a steep decline and the homeowners think that the decline is causing the sunroom floor to slope toward the decline. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the home and the sunroom. Kenny found the sunroom is sloping down the hill around 2". Kenny recommended installing 5 EZ Posts to the sunroom.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team arrived at the home and installed 5 EZ Posts in the sunroom to stop the sloping.
SmartJacks, Merrimack, NH
This before shows the columns that use to support the main beam of the home and the after shows the newly installed SmartJack system. The SmartJack system has a 2' by 2' hole filled under it with engineered fill to keep the ground from shifting around the SmartJacks.
Foundation Walls Bowing, Merrimack, NH
This homeowner in Merrimack, NH was experiencing there are cracks on 3 of the 4 walls in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
A design specialist inspected the home. The design specialist found that the 3 walls with the cracks are bowing significantly and need to be stabilized. The design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces and Geolocks to stabilize the walls.
An EFS crew installed 16 PowerBraces and 5 Geolocks to the foundation walls to stabilize them.
EZ Post Installation, Merrimack, NH
A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, needed some support added to the addition at the back of their home. The addition in the back of their home had been deemed unsafe by the homeowners. They didn't let anyone go into that room for fear that it would collapse. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their addition. Our design specialist recommended installing EZ post to support the addition.
