When the homeowners are in the basement they feel like the air down there is very moist. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement so we could find a solution for their moisture concerns. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system complete with TripleSafe and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent water and moisture from collecting inside the basement.
Water Entering Basement, Concord, NH
A homeowner in Concord, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 52 years with little to no issues. Over the last 3 years, the homeowners have noticed water entering the basement during rain storms and snow melting. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing an UltraSump, 8 feet of WaterGuard, and an IceGuard.

Water and Critters Seeping Through Wall, Concord, NH

They called EFS for a free inspection, and our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel Wall Restoration, new lally columns, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier in the basement. The poly will seal up the foundation wall to prevent water and critters from entering the basement. Next, the team replaced the supports with lally columns to add support to the aging floor system. Lastly, the team installed the SaniDry Sedona in the basement to control the humidity in the basement.

While our Design Specialist Josh Phillips was recommending a waterproofing system he also recommended SunHouse Enclosures to bring more natural light into their dark basement.
