When they moved in the home inspector noted some areas in the home that could use improvement, one of them being upgrading the sump pump in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended upgrading their sump pump to a TripleSafe to ensure water cannot enter the basement.
The homeowner plans on installing workout equipment in the basement after the job was complete.
