Before water woes could rain on this Gloucester homeowner's parade, we stepped in with a robust solution. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the basement's old sump pump struggled, letting water breach near the bulkhead entrance during storms—posing a threat to utilities. Enter our dynamic duo, the WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump system, showcased in the 'after' photo. These installations now divert unwanted water with ease, preserving the basement’s utility and the homeowner's peace of mind.

A homeowner in Somersworth, New Hampshire, had water seeping into their basement. They had seen water seeping into their basement for 30 years but it has gotten much worse this year. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system into their basement to collect any water that threatened to enter and pump it out of the home. 

This homeowner purchased a vacation home in Bartlett, New Hampshire. After using the home for most of the summer they noticed that the basement was collecting condensation. They became worried about the times that they weren't in the home and water potentially flooding into the basement. To clear their conscience the homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and recommended installing a SuperSump and TrenchLock into the basement to collect and pump out any water in the basement. 

A homeowner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, had finished building their home in 2013 and moved in right after it was complete. The homeowners realized shortly after moving in that water was seeping into the basement and they were concerned about radon levels. The homeowners wanted to finish their basement so they could have more useable space but needed to make sure the water and radon weren't going to ruin the finished basement. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System, A SaniDry, and UltraSump in the basement to prevent water and radon from seeping in. 

A homeowner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, lived in an 1880s home for the past 10 years. Earlier this year, the homeowner's were worried about the air quality in their house. They had a radon mitigation system installed but still felt like the air quality in their home could be better. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist Chris Greenwood recommended installing an ERV system and a SaniDry into the basement to improve the air quality in their home. 

The ERV will bring fresh air into the home and remove old stale air while the SaniDry will keep the humidity in the home at a comfortable level.
