A year after their TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed, a Mt. Laurel, NJ homeowner knew it was time to schedule its annual maintenance. To ensure the system is working properly to protect this basement, our Service team comes out to perform a routine annual maintenance. Maintenance every year to sixteen months, prolongs the lifespan of the sump pump system which is why we highly recommend it every year. 

A homeowner in Berlin, NJ was tired of constantly worrying about the trip hazard on their front porch. The concrete beneath the slate had sunk over the years, creating a gap between the step and the porch. After deciding that they did not want to go through the process of replacing the entire porch, the homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy, inspected the area and determined that installing PolyLevel (our concrete lifting and leveling solution) would effectively remove the trip hazard. On the day of the installation, Ash and his team prepared the area and completed the installation. Once the installation was complete, the porch was level again and the homeowner no longer had to worry about anyone tripping while walking up to their home. 

This Lambertville, New Jersey homeowner noticed water in their basement after days of heavy rain. Inspecting his existing sump pump he noticed that although water was inside the pit, water was not being removed therefore causing the water to over flow all over their basement floor. Victor Leon and his crew with help from Foundation Repair Specialist, Andy Gagliardi, were able to stabilize the foundation walls by installation 19 Carbon Armor Straps directly to the foundation walls.
