Mt.Laurel, NJ homeowner was experiencing water in their unfinished basement. They had an existing sump pump system but was still experiencing water from time to time when it rained. Over the years the amount of water had increased from a small puddle to up to 2 inches of water. The water was now creating an uncomfortable, damp and smelly environment in the basement. The homeowner wanted a solution to the water concerns right away and so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems who was their local waterproofing experts. 

Quality 1st sent System Design Specialist, Laszlo lenkey, out to inspect the area and design a solution that best fit this basement. Laszlo suggested replacing the sump pump system with a SuperSump Pump that will properly pump water out of the basement, keeping it dry and healthy. The SumpSump Pump is capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour out the basement. 

The homeowner was relieved that they no longer had to water about water in their basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems helped another homeowner keep their basement dry and healthy. 

A homeowner in Mount Laurel was experiencing sinking slabs, causing an uneven walkway and were worried because it posed a safety hazard. Quality 1st used a technology called PolyLevel to lift and level the uneven slab. In a matter of minutes, the slab was back to its original state. While having a sump pump is important, having the right sump pump to handle the job is paramount. This customer had his sump pump replaced with a TripleSafe Sump Pump system which consists of two cast-iron pumps in one liner as well as a third battery run pump for emergencies. The TripleSafe was designed with an airtight, waterproof lid and comes with a WaterWatch Alarm to alert the homeowner to a non-functioning pump.

System Design Specialist Mike Fiorillo visited this customer regarding a new waterproofing system. The dark orange sludge-like residue indicated that a regular WaterGuard System wouldn't do the trick; this customer needed WaterGuard IOS which is specially designed to handle the heavy iron ochre. Foreman Wilver Cardoza and his crew installed the system with an extra wide channel, larger drainage openings, and a removable lid for easy access and maintenance cleaning. 

A homeowner in Mount Laurel, New Jersey was looking to replace their old window well. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our foreman installed the SunHouse Window. This window will prevent water and debris from getting into the well, and further, prevent it from getting into the basement.
