This Califon, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after noticing water issues in their basement. They mentioned that there was water build up inside the basement walls, and needed to have it drained out. Our System Design Technician, Randy, H., inspected the area and suggested our basement waterproofing system would be the perfect solution. The system includes the WaterGuard French Drain System, which collects water seeping into the basement, Triple Safe Sump Pump, which pumps out the excess water, and the SaniDry Sedona, which eliminates dampness and keeps the air in the basement clean and filtered. In addition, we installed the CleanSpace Moisture Barrier that encapsulates the basement. Since the installation, the homeowner did not experience any other issues in their basement, and was fully satisfied with Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Quality 1st was able to give the Volunteer Fire Company at Three Bridges a lift, when concrete slabs in the back entrance of the building had sunken. As a firefighting Company, they knew safety was something to be taken seriously.
Polylevel Foreman Arturo Jacuinde, and his team arrived on the scene and started to slowly remove the tripping hazard. In order to lift and level the affected area, Arturo drilled small holes into the slabs and injected a foam called Polylevel. Polylevel hardens after a few minutes and lifts the slab back to it's original position. This process took less than 15 minutes and it was able to be walked on again safely.
