This basement in Baltimore, MD, had water coming in through the doorway during heavy rainfall. Our team went out to dig up the entryway for us to install our TrenchDrain System that will capture surface water at the bottom of the stairwell. This system is easily removable to clear, and with this installation, the homeowners will no longer have water in the basement. Thanks to our crew, the homeowner's peace of mind was restored! 

Current customer reached back out to us after we waterproofed his basement, now wanting to look into receiving a free estimate for finishing his basement. We sent out the original inspector to assess the area and work with the customer on how they would like to turn this unfinished space, into a useable area.

We added new flooring, walls and a linen drop ceiling to help bring his basement vision to reality.

In this basement in Baltimore, MD, water was coming in during heavy rain storms and had no pump system to remove the water. We sent our crew out to remove the small wall and dug through the cement in order to install our SuperSump Pump System. Our system has a reliable Zoeller M53 cast iron pump that is capable of pumping high levels of water and comes with a built in water watch alarm system to alert the homeowner in case of the water level being too high, power outage or a circuit trip.  

At this property in Baltimore, MD, the front of the basement leaks water and during heavy rain fall it was gets worse overtime. The owner was worried about the personal belongings around the foundation walls getting ruined so reached out to us for a possible fix. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that is designed to prevent moisture evaporating from the ground and this liner protects against mold and mildew. On the floor we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system around the foundation that is created to capture the water coming in through the walls and safely carries it down into the sump pump.

All the walls had to be removed in this basement because they had mold and water damage.  We made repairs to the foundation wall using carbon fiber straps and installed a waterproofing system including the WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump.  Next we replaced the old drywall with waterproof wall panels which are covered by a 50-year warranty against water and mold damage.  We also installed our ThermalDry Flooring system designed specifically for cold basement floors. The basement was transformed and the homeowners were happy!
