The folks who installed the American Flag were very nice and so-o-o efficient. They were eager and were very kind and considerate and allowed me time to talk about my "Poopsie" (my husband who passed away on 13 Feb 2017). The Flag is to honor him. He was a navy vet of WWII and I an army vet of the Gulf War. The best part was the very sweet ladies who were there when the Flag was raised. Again, I was allowed time to speak of my husband. His chair and table are beneath the pole and at night I share a glass of wine with him in the halo of light from the solar thing. The kindness shown by this project is incomparable. I simply love the thoughtfulness of Mr. Roman and I know Harold is very honored also. 

I found Quality 1st through and internet search, after thinking about fixing my problem for five years. I liked the installation material and equipment that the salesman showed me. The installation team was dedicated, I would recommend Quality 1st.

My inspector gave a great presentation and offered affordable solutions that fit my needs. The installation team was professional and clean. Overall I am very satisfied with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They do good work. I first heard about them after my father saw their truck on the road and needed a free estimate on my basement water issues. I always got water thru the floor when it rained heavily. My initial call to the company was very professional, the woman I spoke to was kind and willing to help. I answered a few short questions and was set with my free appointment. My inspector Dan was very kind, patient, and informative. He offered solutions that were fit for my basement. My experience with the crew led by Jonathan was a good one, the guys were quick and professional. I did research other companies but chose Quality 1st because the price was within my budget and I believed in the quality of the products.

My wife and I first had work done to our basement with Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010 when we had waterproofing done on our basement. Since then we are pleased with the annual service appointments, and how smoothly everything goes. The staff are excellent in setting up the appointment and the techs are wonderful.
