After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, drove out to the home to meet with the customer and estimate the issues. 
Then it would be time for our crew to install Vin's proposal. One of our Foremen, Marcial Lopez, and his crew would tackle this installation. They put CleanSpace around the whole perimeter on the floors and walls. This would ensure there will be no more water damage. They also installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump to pump out any water collected away from the home at a safe distance. For extra protection from moisture and mold growth, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawlspace is water-free and the homeowner is happy!

Working off of Stablein's proposal, the install included our WaterGuard French drain system around the perimeter, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and our TripleSafe sump pump system. These systems work in tandem to mitigate moisture, expelling it to a safe location outside of the home.
