This Carmel, NY homeowner was concerned for the unhealthy environment their basement was becoming due to water entering the basement. Krzys and his production team installed the products professionally and efficiently. The WaterGuard System was put in to collect and channel water before it entered the basement to the sump pump. The sump pump would then discharge the water away from the home. The CleanSpace gave the basement a face lift while also protecting the area against: odors, mold and pest/insects.

This homeowner in Carmel, NY was dealing with water issues in their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their basement problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues.

It would soon then be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to tackle this project. They installed a WaterGuard system around the basement that would capture any water coming in and then drain it into the sump pump. The specific sump pump they installed was the TripleSafe. This will then pump out any water collected out of the home at a safe distance. All in all, this basement will now stay dry and the homeowner is happy! 

This is a set of before and afters in a basement in Greenwich. The original sump pump had a dirty open hole which someone tried to cover up with a piece of wood. Anything could fall in and clog up the system this way. We replaced it with our SuperSump® Premier Pump System.

This homeowner wanted to waterproof their crawlspace so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. Our Sales Consultant Mick Foster went to the home to understand the issues and informed the customer that they would need CleanSpace throughout the whole crawlspace. This was then installed by foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew. Now this customer is happy knowing their crawlspace is protected from water vapor and moisture damage.
