Before, this homeowner’s basement was affected by frequent water leaks. This was problematic, especially because of the exposed wood studs, which are susceptible to water damage and can support mold growth in a wet basement environment. As a result, the homeowner reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution.

After, this basement is water-free and has gained an improved aesthetic look. Our experienced Foreman, Krzys Wilk, installed Zen Walls to keep air and moisture from flowing into the basement, and give the space a nice clean look. A WaterGuard drainage system was also installed along the perimeter of the wall, which channels all water leaks towards a TripleSafe sump pump, where it is pumped up and out of the basement. Now the homeowner can use his basement as he pleases without having to worry about water damaging his home or belongings.

A homeowner in Greenwich, CT had a crawlspace that was struggling with a lot of water damage. Once they realized it was getting worse, they decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Jason Waldek, went out to the home to see what was going on in the crawlspace. He then provided a solution and soon it would be time for the installation. 

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team worked on this project. They installed our drainage matting underneath our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will protect the home from future moisture damage. Now this crawlspace is dry and protected from any water damage.

This will protect the basement from water and moisture damage. They also installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls. This will help keep heat within the space, which will overall help keep their home more energy efficient. To ensure no excess moisture or mold growth, they installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now this crawlspace is protected from water and mold, and is insulated for the long term!
