The solution for this basement was to install EverLast window sliders that are built with reinforced vinyl frames that won’t rust or rot. Before, this Greenwich basement had moisture seeping through the walls and insufficient windows. The solution for this home was to install CleanSpace liner to the walls and replace the windows with our Everlast windows. With the new windows, there will be no cracks or openings to allow air or moisture to enter the basement. A WaterGuard drainage system was also installed along the perimeter of the wall, which channels all water leaks towards a TripleSafe sump pump, where it is pumped up and out of the basement. Now the homeowner can use his basement as he pleases without having to worry about water damaging his home or belongings.

A homeowner in Greenwich, CT had a crawlspace that was struggling with a lot of water damage. He then provided a solution and soon it would be time for the installation. 

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team worked on this project. They installed our drainage matting underneath our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will protect the home from future moisture damage. Now this crawlspace is dry and protected from any water damage.
