A homeowner in Waterbury, CT had a settling foundation and cracks in their foundation. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to estimate the issues and determine what our team would need to get done. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott worked on this project. They would install 5 push piers below the footing of the foundation in order to make the home stable. They also used PolyLevel and injected it into the floor to ensure that the basement was stable and level. The cracks in the foundation were repaired and sealed. Now this basement will have a level and stable foundation moving forward! 

A homeowner in CT had an existing sump pump in their basement that was not working and doing the job that they expected. They needed a strong, top-of-the-line waterproofing system. That's when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Brad Glazer, went to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution. 

The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to begin the installation. They installed a WaterGuard drain system below the perimeter of the basement to collect any water that comes in. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump in order for the collected water to get pumped out of the home at a safe distance. With these two systems, their basement will stay nice and dry. The homeowner will no longer have to worry about water issues.
