Upon calling, the homeowner made contact Sales Representative Brian DiRisi. Listening to the homeowner's concerns, DiRisi took notes, developing a better understanding of the homeowner's issues. Once DiRisi arrived at the home, he began taking measurements of various portions of the basement, mapping out the interior to decide necessary materials and adequate locations for systems such as our TripleSafe sump pump. 

With the in-home consultation and proposal completed, work began waterproofing the basement. Foreman Allan Guglielmoni and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process.
