A homeowner in Larchmont, NY, was experiencing water seepage in their basement. They called Connecticut Basement Systems looking for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Brian DiRisi, assessed the basement and proposed a waterproofing system.
Soon after, one of our Foremen, Marcial, and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to lead water into the drains below. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take that collected water and safely pump it out of the home.
Now with these systems in place, this entire basement will stay dry and the homeowner can have great peace of mind.
A homeowner in Larchmont, NY was getting water in their below-grade garage and basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, went to the home to assess the space and propose a waterproofing system as a proper solution.
Then, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls/floors. Then they installed 2 TripleSafes to take the collected water from drains and safely pump it out of the home. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect from moisture and lead water directly into the drains.
Now this basement will stay dry all the time and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind.
In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.
This Yorktown Heights homeowner had a crack in her basement that was allowing air and moisture to flow through. The homeowner wanted to find a permanent solution to fix this problem. She did her research and trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.
The solution was to install a FlexiSpan System to the wall crack. We first put a port at the bottom of the crack below the floor to create a way for water to properly reach the sump pump. Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal. This system effectively stops any leakage which is exactly what the homeowner wanted!
Beautiful refinished space. You can see the staircase on the left in the before picture and the newly ready carpet staircase in the after picture. It's hard to imagine this is the same house, but with our professional team your basement can look this amazing too!
