I am writing in regard to the services that were performed on my property this week... First, I must say the appointment time was prompt, and fit right into my schedule, as I had been away for a wedding a few days prior. The crew of two, Shawn and Brian, were on time and fully prepared to do the complete job. I was told by many friends and family, to expect dust, noise and a complete disruption of my home. I was so pleased with this being completely opposite of what I was told.. The men were professional, introduced themselves, took time to explain in detail the service they were performing and happily answered my questions. The noise level wasn't as bad as I expected and they even offered me earplugs. The area that was worked on was separated by plastic to keep the dust contained, and they even covered the stairs and their boots. I was shown what was being done step by step, and I fully understand the workings of drain tile systems now. I wanted to let the company know that these employees went above and beyond what I expected, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.. I look forward to having a few more projects taken care of by Franks. It is because of these employees, Shawn and Brian, that I will recommend your company to other family members and friends.. Attn: Frank, Just want you to know about service adn work done on April 4th regarding installation of a sump pump, done by your Bryan R. Was out of town and busy with work, or I would've written sooner. #1) Good sales job in convincing me to do go with the Pro Series S3033 model (sump pump). #2) Fully explained everything. Adjusted pvc piping for a better flow. Wanted yoiu to know we appreciated Bryan's work, his demeanor and professionalism. Just wanted to say how nice and well cleaned up my front yard was when I had a bubbler system put in.  The grass is already growing back and it looks like no one even touched it.  Victor and his crew were all professional and Victor took the time to explain the system to myself and then again to my wife when they had finished.  I will be recommending Frank's to every one I know that needs any basement or water work done.  Thanks.
