Andy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the had moisture issues along with standing water in the crawl space of his home in Dunn, NC. Southeast Foundation inspector RJ Bailey met with Andy and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crawl space was encapsulated with 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo was installed along the perimeter of the foundation walls along with installing the SmartSump and Sedona to keep the crawl space nice and dry.

Nancy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of high moisture and mold in the crawlspace at her home in Dunn, NC.

One of our design specialists, Patrick, inspected the crawlspace. Upon the inspection Patrick met with Nancy to go over having a full encapsulation system installed throughout the crawlspace with a Cleanspace wall, liner, SmartSump sump pump system, and dehumidifier.
