Nancy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of high moisture and mold in the crawlspace at her home in Dunn, NC.

One of our design specialists, Patrick, inspected the crawlspace. Upon the inspection Patrick met with Nancy to go over having a full encapsulation system installed throughout the crawlspace with a Cleanspace wall, liner, SmartSump sump pump system, and dehumidifier.

Our crew led by EJ, installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Full Encapsulation System.

This Dunn, NC Home had wood rot issues due to moisture entering the crawlspace from the earth's ground by an old vapor barrier system that did not completely cover. Our crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to completely seal the crawlspace and lower the moisture and relative humidity.

We installed The Turtle, a covered crawl space entry well to provide a long-lasting solution for this homeowner.
