Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Harold to go over his options of lowering the moisture level in the crawl space which would stop the mold growth early on. Jill had HVAC problem and wanted to have her crawl space encapsulated before having the HVAC come out and fix the duct work of the home. Justin found that even though the crawl space had an old vapor barrier installed the crawl space was not sealed that was causing problems with high humidity and standing water on one side of the home.
