Maurice, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. Upon the inspection he proposed that they encapsulate the crawl space to control the standing water and moisture issue.
Our crew led by Kevin T., installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consists of first removing debris and insulation, then sealing off the vents. Next they installed Cleanspace 10 mil liner, wrap piers, and Siverglo insulation. Last they installed the Smart Sump Sump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, discharge line and Lawnscape outlet.

Patty called Southeast because she was interested in getting a vapor barrier for her home on White Lake. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Patty to go over the best solution since she lives on a naturally moist area.
