This customer was unsatisfied with their crawl space leaking out air that they were paying to control, and they were unsatisfied with how mold was growing in their crawl space. After calling for an inspection and reading up on our science, they realized they needed our help. After replacing the wood which was beginning to rot, we began to lay down our CleanSpace liner which completely isolates the house from the earth. Next, we seal the vents that insures we keep the outside air out and the inside air in. Lasty, we install our SaniDry dehumidifier system to make sure the air stays dry, and then we insulate the floor and walls of the crawlspace to save money on energy.
This customer in Erlanger, Kentucky had a crawlspace that needed help locking out moisture and critters. Because their crawl space was not separated from the earth, they had moisture and bugs crawl up into their home. We were able to help them by placing Clean Space everywhere, locking the crawlspace from outside elements indefinitely. We also placed a dehumidifier and insulation panels for good measure. This customer will no longer have to worry about what seeps into their home from the crawl space.
This house in Piqua, Ohio had a very old basement that was due for a makeover. The stone floor and walls had become brittle and smelly due to the moisture. We waterproofed this house relatively easily because the CleanSpace on the floor comes with drainage matting, which replaces the need for WaterGuard. The drainage matting leads the water and moisture under the CleanSpace to the SmartPump, which was installed as well. This basement now has no foul odors, no moisture, and now looks great. The owners were quite happy with the results.
This cute little home had a crawlspace that needed encapsulated. We did the routine CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, SIlverGlo and SmartPump sump pump.
This crawlspace was due for an encapsulation that locks it out from the open earth. CleanSpace, a SaniDry Sedona, and a Smart Pump were installed to complete the job.
