Basement Waterproofing Installation in Dayton, Ohio

Repeated water leaks over the years had left this basement stained walls, floors, and smells. We aimed to fix this by installing our waterproofing system consisting of beneath the floor WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump Plus sump pump, and CleanSpace walls. CleanSpace walls not only look clean, but they also help drain water from the walls to the drains beneath the floor. They will also never grow mold and are highly durable. Stained walls and musty smells are no longer a problem for this basement.

FlexiSpan Crack Repair used to repair wall crack in Vandalia, OH

We installed the FlexiSpan crack repair system for a homeowner in Vandalia, Ohio.  The FlexiSpan crack repair system is a great solution for a leaking crack in a poured foundation wall.  The FlexiSpan begins with a bead of sealant to slow down, if not completely stop the leaking.  Next, a FlexiSpan foam drain strip is placed over the bead of sealant.  If there is any water that gets through the sealant, the water will be wicked down into the foam drain strip, which is tucked into a drainage system installed below the repair.  A flexible sealant overlay is applied over the foam drain strip to seal the complete repair.  Also installed was a BrightWall panel. The BrightWall panels are made of a plastic material that will keep water from permeating into the basement and will drain any wall leaks down into the drainage system.
