Polylevel Concrete Lifting on a Sunken Porch in Amelia, OH

This homeowner called us regarding problems with their porch that was sinking.  We used PolyLevel injections to resolve the problems for the homeowner.

PolyLevel Foam is able to raise concrete slabs on sidewalks, driveways, and porches.  A small hole is drilled into the concrete, and then the PolyLevel foam is injected under the concrete to be raised.  The PolyLevel Foam fills the voids underneath the concrete slab and raises it up.  The hole that was drilled into the concrete was patched, and the porch will be ready to walk on again in about 15 minutes. Note how the gap is closed between the siding on the home and then concrete slab.

Polylevel Injections Used to Raise Driveway Slabs in Fairfield Township, Ohio

This home had some driveway slabs near the garage that had sunk, making it difficult to pull into the garage.  We used the Polylevel injection system to resolve this problem.  Now the Slab is level with the garage floor, and it will be much easier to use the garage.

Poly Level Raising for a Sunken Driveway

Garages and Driveways are one of the most common places we are asked to help raise. Often times the slabs on the driveway sink below the level of the garage, which can be seen here. We successfully raised the slabs by a couple inches to make the garage smoother.

Concrete Repair Services in Hamilton, Ohio

This driveway in Hamilton, OH was uneven because the soil sitting underneath the concrete was shifting. The uneven driveway had multiple gaps and cracks in it, creating multiple safety hazards. We were able to lift and seal the driveway with our foam jacking methods, resulting in a driveway without tripping hazards. Our foam jacking system requires us to drill multiple pea sized holes in the concrete, then we inject foam through them. We then seal all the gaps and holes in the concrete with our sealer, resulting in a for sure way to make your concrete last longer.
