The concrete pad that this hot tub was resting on had settled unevenly into the soil. A hot tub resting on a concrete slab can get tricky, as the plumbing can sometimes leak or water can get splashed outside the tub. When high amounts of water saturate the soil underneath a slab, it can accelerate the concrete settling process by making the soil muddy and weak. We fixed this little problem by raising the concrete with our foam jacking methods. By drilling calculated pea-sized holes in the slab, we can then inject the PolyLevel foam underneath the slab, and raise it.
This front porch and connected walkway had become separated from the soil shifting from under them. We were able to life the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam and seal them back together.
This home's sidewalk had sank into the ground. This led to the driveway and sidewalk becoming disconnected. We raised the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam, and sealed the sidewalk and driveway back together. Not only does it look better, it is a whole late safer for any sidewalk goer.
This existing sidewalk along a busy road in Florence, KY didn't really match the newly paved and painted road it was adjacent to. The sidewalk had cracks up and down the street because the soil the sidewalk was resting on was shriveling up. The shriveled up soil created space for part of the sidewalk to fall into, creating cracks that could be considered a tripping hazard for the public. After receiving multiple offers and bids for the job, the City of Florence decided they wanted us to do the job because of our foam jacking method. Our PolyLevel foam is a better alternative to mudjacking because it is way cleaner and faster. After we carefully injected the slabs with our patented foam, we were able to get the sidewalk leveled out, eliminating the tripping hazards. After only a couple of hours, the sidewalk was back upon to the public.
