Tyler, Joe, DJ and Scott all did an excellent job. Very professional. Tyler came in, explained everything they were going to do. Had a small glitch with a rock in the outside of the wall (rock basement walls), told me what happened, and had already fixed it before anything was said. He could have just not said a word, and I wouldn't have noticed until next spring. Excellent honesty. When they were done, he again took me around to show me everything, answered all my questions, fixed a couple things that I felt were not 100%, and did it with zero hesitation.
Went out of their way to make sure everything stayed as clean as it could, given the mess they had to make to do the work, and meticulously cleaned up every bit of their mess. I would not even have known they were in my house, except for the work in the basement.
What made you choose our company:
Honestly, you guys were the only ones that called me back. Even as busy as you guys are, you still called to schedule an appointment. The office staff was very accommodating when I had to delay my appt a couple weeks.
