Due to confusion on scope/type of work it took three different days to complete. The third day was right after the second day, but the second day wasn't able to be scheduled for another two weeks.
Everyone on both crews were extremely nice. As I said, there was some confusion as to what the work entailed by the first crew. The did do a good job of replacing the sump pump and liner. They did forget to tighten the ring on the discharge line which allowed water to leak back into the house, but this was easily corrected by the second crew. I don't know at what point in the process things got dropped/misunderstood or whatever happened, but Mike did a great job of getting the job done the way it was promised. He made sure I was informed of what they were doing and that I was happy with the work.
