What made you choose our company:

Our laundry room is on a slab flooring off our kitchen. We had it "jack slabbed" about 15 years ago. Unfortunately, the slab had fallen again and was pulling away from the foundation and side of the house. After researching and talking with various companies, we decided on The Basement Doctor and their new method of Poly Level. Keith & Tony were our team. They were fantastic! They were on time, explained the process to me as they were working, and then left the place tidy and clean upon finishing the job. Both men were polite and professional. They also leveled the stoop and walkway that lead from the laundry room and along the side of our house back to a grill pad, as well as repairing cracks and sealing our large rear patio area. I would highly recommend The Basement Doctor, and if you're having Poly Level services ask for Keith and Tony!
