I've had to have a couple of things done to my home and each time The Basement Doctor has been the best choice from start to finish. I never have to waste my time looking for another company to meet my needs.
I receive instant text messages to keep me updated on my job as well as any changes. Really on top of things and always available when I have a question.
Jeff did a great job showing me the product, explaining the process and answering all my questions. He also told me what questions to ask if I were looking at another company. Glad he did.
Keith and David were awesome! Ver friendly, did a great job and are clearly skilled at what they did. I was impressed by the difference they made on my home.
I actually told them not to clean up some stuff because they were on their hands and knees scrubbing but they told me there was no way they would ever let a customer clean up any of their mess.

I have used The Basement Doctor in the past for some of my other jobs. The first time I called 4 different companies to get quotes as well as a feel for the companies and their quality. TBD is hands down the best from start to finish and I'll always use them and recommend them to family and friends.
