Very clean & quality looking work. Price feels right for what you get. They went further than just explaining the job thoroughly but also provided personal input and opinion on how work could be done in certain ways to lay a good foundation for future projects/renovation. Always had the feeling they had my best interest in mind for the work. We haven't had the rain to test the system effectively but I'm leaning that it should solve the issue with the basement.

Always able to answer question via email or call on a good turnaround time.

Polite and professional. They would go through the side door and knock at the front to speak to you instead of yelling across the house. Never swore or felt imposing.

Couldn't even tell the basement was a construction zone by the time they were done. They generously used dropsheets to prevent dust dirtying everything. Used floormats too.
