Although I couldn't get a service from Omni basement systems so far, I still would like to give a 5stars for their Pre- inspection. Kathleen helped us make an appointment one month ago, and Dustin and George came today to help us pre-inspect our crawl space, and let us know everything we need to know. Due to the construction issues of the house, we couldn't get the service from them now, but I will definitely come back after the construction part is done. Thanks again

floor stabilization on addition We have an addition at the back of the house and found the floor was beginning to sag due to lack of support. We contracted OMNI Basement Systems to come in and put 6 smart jacks and 4 support beams in the crawlspace under the floor. The crew came on time and worked well and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. After installing the smart jacks they carefully levelled the floor. We have a back door that exists from this extension. It had listed to one side and was difficult to open and close because of this. The lead installer made sure the door was opening and closing freely before they left. He also arranged for OMNI to come back in May to check and make sure the floor was still level after the ground thaws. We were very happy with the work and found all our contacts were professional. We would highly recommend the company.

Phil is one-of-a-kind! His inspection of my home was very thorough and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He told me all the areas to keep an eye on, without trying to sell me on a bunch of services I don’t need at this time. I trust him implicitly!

Right from the first call with the admin/scheduling team, our experience was fantastic. Professional, helpful, informed, respectful. Salesperson Alessio was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us make good choices. The structural engineer confirmed what was needed and why. The Team that did the work was on time, professional, when we hit a snag they were cheerful and suggested solutions. Team Lead Dustin was fantastic and his assistants worked seamlessly with him. Everyone was friendly and helpful, smart, knew their job and did it well. And the job site was clean at the end of the day. Perfect.

Basement water proofing and structural damage I contacted Omni in June for a leaky basement. What we thought would be a easy fix turned out to be quite extensive. We needed structural supports since our basement is block, plus the waterproofing. They worked with us getting it all set up to have it fixed. The guys that worked here were professional hard working men. I’m amazed at what they accomplished in 5 days. From June 9th when Phil first came to July 30 when they finished the project. I am very happy with the time frame and the work. Did it cost more than we thought? Yes it certainly did, but well worth the money to see the finished product. I have even talked to a couple guys now that it’s done, they called to see how satisfied I am.

Very helpful and knowledgeable group. They explained thoroughly the concerns and options available to us for our parents home in Rockwood. Definitely would use this company again.

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job installing two jacks to support an old structural beam along with installing a dehumidifier unit. They were quick, clean and very informative on the instillation. Phill was extremely knowledgeable and great at discussing various options of repair during the estimation. Basement Beam install When we moved into our 100+ year old home, we knew the ancient 2x4 they used as a support beam wasn’t to code. Not only that but half the joists didn’t even touch the beam. Calling Omni was the best decision, and a complete no-brainer. They installed a sleek steel I-beam across the basement, with precise post placement that not only exudes confidence in the structure, but also is out of way of obstruction. The result was better than I expected, and I have to thank the installers for that. All staff at Omni are knowledgeable and friendly, and want to ensure that you get the best result possible. If you have basement issues, they are absolutely the ones who you need to resolve the problem.
