This home's crawlspace was cramped and difficult to move throughout. The space had high humidity and this was causing the fiberglass insulation to fall apart. To solve this we did a dig out to bring the space up to code and did a full encapsulation to properly insulate the space and keep it dry and healthy. 

This home had no vapor barrier under the home and some water intrusion issues, we solved these issues by encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace. Keeping this crawl space dry and energy efficient for years to come.

This homeowner was renovating their home and discovered their crawlspace in disrepair. To address it, they researched only and opted to move forward with a crawlspace encapsulation. 

This homes interior doorways were no longer closing smoothly, and the floor had a slight bounce to it. The homeowners called up John's Waterproofing to get some help. To solve the issue we replaced the damaged wooden posts with SmartJacks. The home is lifted to the correct height. CleanSpace is installed over the footing, and a SmartJack is inserted, and secured into place. Once the homes weight is on the stable SmartJack the lift is removed. 

This Crawlspace needed a makeover! You can see how much more room there is without all the falling insulation and how much brighter our Cleanspace made it!
