This homeowners crawlspace had a humidity issue. Because of this water would be absorbed into the fiberglass insulation and mold spores would grow. The homeowners needed to change out the fiberglass and treat the mold every few years to keep on top of it. The were done with the constant upkeep and after searching online, decided to call up John's Waterproofing for an encapsulation. 

This homes crawlspace had an old 6 Mil vapor barrier, and after a few years, these need to be changed out. They dont fully seal a space, and can move around over time. This one had been installed a little over six years ago, and some chew marks were present, bringing water over the barrier, and humidity issues were causing the homes insulation to sag and fall in places. To keep the home healthy, the homeowners opted to have a full encapsulation solution installed, providing their home with a long term solution. 

This spacious crawlspace in Florence was a nice storage area. Too bad it was filling with water all the time. This client opted for just a sump pump, new vapor barrier and new posts to replace the ones weakened by the water and moisture in the crawlspace our SmartJack system is a great product to use to replace traditional wooden posts. This homes old vapor barrier was badly damage; critters had chewed it up, it was out of place, torn, and wasn't doing it's job. Time for an upgrade; TripleSafe Sump pump, Full Cleanspace encapsulation, SilverGlo Wall insulation, and new vent covers! 

This homes crawlspace was no longer up to code as the home had settled. To address the space properly we dug out the space about 8 inches, and installed an encapsulation to have this home dry and healthy!
