At the time of inspection I was in the process of purchasing the home and I wanted to include this the proposal and quote in the repair addendum. I appreciate that Deryl had more than one idea so he could work with what I can afford. I was impressed with the fact that Deryl arrived early to the appointment, was completely prepared and even stayed late. Thank you. Overall I felt comfortable with one of the proposals Deryl drew up and went along with the project. The installation held up to the high bar Deryl set. They were early, prepared and stayed late. Currently we are in the process of financing the project. Ryan was the most knowledgeable rep I've ever spoken with. Being in the construction industry, I had a lot of very technical type questions that Ryan was able to answer and give me confidence he knew what he was talking about. Everything went fine. Ryan set great expectations and I understood the entire process and project by the end of our brief meeting. We look forward to working with TerraFirma in the near future.

We are on a massive slope and proper drainage/waterproofing has always been a topic of conversation at HOA meetings. Last year we had a house swept away in a land slide. Since then there has been a lot of construction to prevent this in the future. At the bottom of the hill we were more concerned with drainage and excess water then foundation stability. TerraFirma was brought up at the HOA meeting so we decided to give them a call. They were very responsive and courteous to our project plans. The price was fair. Many of our neighbors had work done by them already so we went with them too. Jason was our service rep. He was knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush witch we appreciated. He was direct but listened to our needs as a customer. The results were excellent and we are glad to put this preventative disaster system in place before we had a real problem on our hands. 

After months and months of research, TerraFirma won my business for a few main reasons. Their product made me feel most comfortable that I was getting the best bang for my buck. This included the drainage system, wall insulation, new walls and flooring. Deryl was a pleasure to work with. Usually I don't expect niche contractors to be this courteous and honest. I didn't feel like I was being up-sold and the final price of the project was under budget and fair. Drew and his Installation crew was the same way. Deryl and Drew are great assets to your company. Their professionalism was top notch. Everyone arrived on time to the appointments and were ready to get to work as soon as they arrived. A 10/10 overall review in my book.

We were skeptical of the process until Chris fully explained the reasons behind the drainage system. We were worried about the concrete integrity but the system seems to be a very good solution to the leaky basement. The work to install the drain is only a portion of this project. Tearing out a finished basement and redoing it will be a much more expensive proposition. Or so we thought. We were able to get all of our basement needs completed with one company and for a reasonable price. We now have more living space, increased the value of our home and have a place to relax in.  

Installed Waterguard system around half of basement interior wall and sump pump to drain out and attach to existing gutter rain drains outside. We had the estimate complete over a year before we called back to schedule, and they were happy to hear from us and got us scheduled right away. They were booked over 6 weeks in advance, due to the start of rainy season, but showed up on the exact day they had scheduled us. They completed the work much more quickly than originally estimated (less than one day vs two) so less time off work. Their crew cut concrete to install the Waterguard system but the area was amazingly tidy after they left. Half of our basement is finished. They were working in the unfinished area, so we were worried about dust getting around but they kept the door closed, worked very efficiently through the windows in the unfinished area, and took care of business. Since then, we have no longer had water problem during heavy rains.

Very impressed with material I was provided with (COMPREHENSIVE BROCHURE) prior to the home visit. Josh was very professional and efficient. We had the same success working with the installation crew. French drains were installed with perfection and precision. They tore up where they needed to install the drain but cleaned up very well. It looked the same as before, with now, a drain installed. We were impressed by the whole production and recommend the services. 

I'm very impressed by the overall organization and production of TerraFirma. The call center handled my call with courtesy and efficiency first diagnosing the problem and making sure we were calling the right people to not waste either of our time. Josh was on time to our appointment and prepared to perform an entire inspection. We also appreciate that we received a price estimate at the time of inspection. The price was fair and the service we felt was going to effectively prevent the basement from flooding in any rainy conditions. Josh was very personable and presented himself well. He is a great representation of your company and the overall professionalism of the team. I will be recommending your services to friends and neighbors because I know they will be treated in the same positive manner as I was.

We received many bids for waterproofing our basement and there were a couple things that stood out with TerraFirma that ultimately won my business. The first was their rep was more professional than the others. Josh was very pleasant and explained everything very well. I did not feel pressured to have things done. What he told me made sense. The second reason was that Josh's plan was the plan I felt most comfortable with. It was comparable in cost and a much more comprehensive solution than the competition. Ryan did an exceptional job with detailing the project and explaining it to me. He was very thorough and didn't leave out one detail, which is something I really appreciated. There is nothing more that Ryan could have done to make my experience any better and I give him high praise for being so personable. 

My primary concern right now is providing an environment that is healthier for children, and limiting the possibility for mold growth. If your solution works, I would potentially seek TerraFirma for future work if I decide to finish part of my basement. We are having the project start within the month of Josh coming out. Josh was great at explaining the benefit of reducing mold development in my basement. So this was an easy decision on my end to take care of the issue. The price was fair and cheaper than I initially thought, so we went for it and signed on the day of the estimate.

We were VERY impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your company and your employees. I would rate the pre-sales process a definite 10. The sales experience a 10, and the production process a 10 as well. It seems like you all run a tight ship. Everyone was on the same page and there was consistency through every phase of the project. Josh was our main contact throughout the project. He was there obviously during the sales process but we were impressed to hear from him even after the project was finished to make sure we didn't have any extra questions or issues. I'm sure I am one of many happy customers.

I felt like TerraFirma had the resources to help me with all my basement problems and I was confident in the plan Ryan drew up for me. Ryan is a rockstar! We were provided an estimate at the time of inspection and we went right ahead with the next steps in the process. Ryan was very professional and a great representation of your company. This guy deserves a raise.
