We had excellent service with the call center, the representative and production crew. Our house is built in a valley and we might even have some sort of underground spring in our yard because there was a lot of standing water on our property. We called TerraFirma in need of a drainage system. Josh made things very clear about his plan to drain our yard and solve our problem. Josh was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate how easy he made everything for us. Very personable and professional. We will be recommending TerraFirma to friends and family.

Nina in the call center was very polite and was able to schedule a convenient appointment time. The System Design Specialists arrived promptly on time and got right to his inspection in the basement. The plan that Ryan provided had all the components to waterproof my basement and we felt it was going to be a long term solution. Great job with the design Ryan! We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement. Every summer we talk about getting it waterproofed before the fall starts and we start to see flooding again as I'm sure most Portland basements do. He took his time to thoroughly examine the entire flood area and to explain things through a presentation on his computer as for the best possible solutions for the project.
