Our technicians led by foreman Eugene Alexeenco then proceeded to install a CleanSpace membrane, a SmartSump pump system, and two SmartJack support pillars. They also applied the Mold-X Neutralizer to areas affected by mold.

Our solution for Mr. Allaire was the installation of a new TripleSafe sump pump system. Our TripleSafe sump pump system is the most efficient and reliable. It includes 3 pumps which each have their role to play:
- 1st Zoellerde⅓HP cast iron main pump. Main pump which evacuates the water.
- 2nd Zoeller ½ HP cast iron pump. It will turn on if the main pump is not sufficient to remove all the water.
- 3rd pump which happens to be an UltraSump durable battery backup system. So during a power outage, this pump will be 100% functional as it is connected to a battery.
With the Triple Safe solution, Mr. Allaire can have peace of mind and will no longer see his garage flooded.
