Cantey Foundation Specialists were able to help Dennis D. of Lexington, SC using our patented PolyLevel process to lift and stabilize his settling concrete driveway. Dennis bought his home only a few years ago, and he didn't notice the crack in the driveway. However, after the October flood last year, he and his wife noticed it dropped drastically thus becoming a tripping hazard. Concerned that his wife could fall and get hurt, he was eager to have Cantey Foundation Specialists fix the problem. The PolyLevel crew led by Foreman Ryan McPherson injected the polyurethane substance into numerous penny-size holes in the concrete slab. This allowed the substance to fill the voids underneath the slab and lift it nearly four inches back into place. Now, Dennis and his wife no longer have to worry about the tripping hazard in their driveway!
Chris and Dayna H. are homeowners in Lexington, SC who have had a problem with their sinking driveway. They noticed the settling concrete everyday as they drove over it, and it has become a nuisance to them and their family. They were worried that their kids or someone else would get hurt on it because it has become a tripping hazard to everyone. Their kids couldn't even skateboard or ride bikes on the driveway anymore because the concrete has settled too much. That is until Cantey fixed it! Specialist Jamie Beresford went out to Chris and Dayna's house and explained to them how Cantey's patented PolyLevel process could help raise and level their drive and make driving and playing on it seem normal again. PolyLeveling is a process by which a foam like liquid is injected under the drive way and effectively lifts and hardens underneath providing stability and a comfort fit for concrete slabs. Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick were dispatched to Chris and Dayna's home and quickly made work of the situation ensuring that Chris and Dayna's family and friend could enjoy their driveway for years to come.

Brian P. is a devoted family man who owns a home in Lexington, SC. He is not only a hero to his family but his country as well. He is currently deployed and working hard to serve the country he loves. While on a video chat with his daughter he noticed she had a cut on her chin. When Brian asked her about it, she said she tripped over the porch. Brian had seen before he left that their concrete porch had begun to sink but did not have time to get it fixed. Even thousands of miles away, Brian felt a need to fix this problem to keep his family safe. He did some research on the Internet and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. Cantey was a local company and seemed to be trusted to find the right solution. He called his wife and told her to set up an appointment. System Design Specialist Richard Early came out and did a thorough inspection of the porch. Richard found that Cantey's PolyLevel process would lift the porch and stabilize it for a lasting solution. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. These would be the injection sites for the liquid PolyLevel that would find all the voids and fill them. Once the PolyLevel was injected, it would take 15 minutes to harden. As the PolyLevel sets, it lifts the concrete slab above while stabilizing underneath the slab. Brian's wife told him about the appointment and he felt confident in Cantey to do the job right for him. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Brian can now focus on working hard and getting home to his family, knowing they are the safest they could be.
