Francis W. has owned many homes over the years but has finally found a true home in Branchville, SC. He previously moved around because of his position. Working for a company that was nationwide was exciting but he is happy to finally be able to settle down somewhere. As he was getting settle in, he noticed that the floor in the bedroom and living room were sloping. Francis worried that his new found home was in trouble and decided to find a company that could inspect this issue. He searched online and found Cantey Foundation Specialists' website. After reading some information and reviews, Francis decided to call in to make an appointment for a free inspection. System Design Specialist Trey Dukes was scheduled for the inspection and met Francis at his home. Trey started his inspection, going through the crawl space and taking note of the places that needed extra support. Afterward, he told Francis that he needed extra support that the SmartJack system could provide. The SmartJack system would begin with soil being removed at the sites where the SmartJacks would be installed. These sections are then filled with tightly compact crushed stone and a footing is installed on top. Each SmartJack is then cut to specifically fit the area in which it will be installed. The SmartJack is attached to the footing and then to the beam above. Once each SmartJack is secure, they are adjusted to create lift and stabilization. Francis really felt like he could trust Trey and his solution so he decided to schedule an installation date. Production Team Leader Jonathan Lowder, Production Team Member Matthew Kelley, and Production Team Member David Herbert came out and effectively installed the SmartJack system. Francis could not be happier that his floors are now level and permanently stable. 

Dorthy B. is a homeowner in Holly Hill, SC who has had an issue with her bathroom floor for some time now. She has been having difficulty walking in her bathroom and taking baths because of the amount that the floor has sunk in. She eventually decided to do something about it by calling Cantey Foundation Specialists for her flooring needs. Sales Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple came out to Dorthy's home and after a free inspection explained to her that her problem was in the wooden joist underneath her bathroom. The joist had rotted and wasn't providing the support she needed. Luke then explained that we could replace the joist and provide her with the support she needed once again. Team Leader Matt and Team Member Jason quickly came out to Dorthy's home and replaced the joist. "I'm so happy that Cantey was able to solve my problem, now I can finally walk across my floors without worrying again."

Julian B. is a homeowner in Holly Hill, SC who has been having a problem with his kitchen floor sagging. Julian decided to quickly do something about this before it got to bad. He called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Sales Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple quickly came out to Julian's home and did an inspection. During the inspection Luke noticed that the floor joist underneath his kitchen were weak because of the spacing in between them. Luke explained to Julian that Cantey's #1 team could easily replace those old joist with new ones and add joist in between for more stability. Team Leader Matt and Team Member Jason were quickly sent to Julian's house and replaced the wood joist and added the new ones. "I am so happy that Cantey came, I love cooking in my kitchen and with the floor sagging like the way it was I was afraid to cook. Now though I can go back to cooking like normal". Now Julian now can enjoy his kitchen the way he used to.

As Luke was inspecting Dorthy's home he noticed that the wooden joist underneath her dinning room were rotten and deteriorated. He then explained to Dorthy that Cantey's #1 team could replace the rotten wood with treated lumber for lasting protection. Team Leader Matt and Team Member Jason were quickly sent to Dorthy's home and installed the replacement joist. Afterwards, Dorthy exclaimed how happy she was and that "the floor was just like new". Now Dorthy can relax knowing that Cantey did the job right.
