Hale Y. is a homeowner in Saint Stephen, SC. Hale has had bad experiences all around with contractors and those who have worked on his home. He previously had someone look underneath his home when his floors started sagging. The contractor did his inspection and told him what he needed. Hale, none the wiser, agreed to his plan and allowed him to begin working. A month or so later, Hale continued to have issues with his floors. After, the inspection Katherine explained to Hale how the last person down there hadn’t done the job properly and even installed things wrong.
