Rita M. of Georgetown decided it was time to clean up her dirty crawlspace, so she called Cantey Foundation Specialists.  With insulation falling from the ceiling, water damage and mold on the wood beams, and critters scattering throughout the area, Cantey was able to turn this undesirable scene into a clean, dry, and comfortable space.  

Eric B. is retired living in Moncks Corner, SC in a home he hopes to spend the rest of his life in. He has a wonderful spot next to the lake and a clear yard to watch his grandchildren play in, but still he worries about his home's foundation. "Forever is a long time," he said, "I wonder if it will hold up that long." Eric decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free home inspection to ease his mind. Specialist Kendall Moore came to Eric's home and found that Eric's floors had begun to sag.  Specialist Kendall explained to Eric that with Cantey's Smart Jack system we could lift and stabilize his floors and foundation to last. Eric decided that Smart Jacks were the solution he needed so Team Leader Israel, Team Member Austin, and Team Member Jonathan were sent to his home, and they efficiently installed six Smart Jacks. Now, Eric can enjoy his home knowing that he has a transferrable warranty and will support his floors for many years to come.

Gail R. is a homeowner in Walterboro, SC who loves taking care of her home and updating it. She had decided that her next big project was the remodel her kitchen. Before she could do so, she knew her foundation had to be repaired. Years ago she was told that her foundation was starting to sink causing the kitchen floor to slope. Gail was not sure who to call so she did her research online and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. She gave them a call and was set up with an appointment. System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand came out and did an inspection that confirmed what Gail had already known. He explained to her that the solution she needed was Cantey's SmartJack system. Holes would be dug along the crawl space that would be filled with tightly compacted stone that would be a resting place for a perfectly sized structural footing. These structural footings would then be attached to a steel beam that would be attached to the home and run the length of the crawl space. This would create solid foundation support for the floors of this home. Production Team Leader Israel Santana and Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder came out and successfully installed the SmartJack system. Gail has remodeled her kitchen and is looking forward to working on other projects now that she is sure of her solid foundation.
