Moisture in Crawl Space, falling Insulation, and sagging Beams

This Clarksville family had a very unhealthy crawl space and they started to worry about how it was affecting their health. They decided to take advantage of our free estimates and see what an expert had to say about it. 
Our inspector came and checked out their space, he took a few photos for reference and tested the moisture in the air and wood.
