This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard with a LawnScape System. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusions and keep the basement dry and clean.

Our team had previously worked on the latest Habitat for Humanity project in Clarksville, and this week we were back to add some closed cell spray foam to the walls and joists!

By providing this insulation the home will now see the benefits of lower energy bills when it is cold or hot, savings during weather extremes and save money on equipment maintenance as it won't be running as much.

This basement has been leaking for over 15 years and the home owner was ready for a permanent solution to keep the basement dry all of the time.

The lead did not start this bad but continued to get worse over time.
