Excellence of Service by Frontier Basement Systems In February 2018, I hired Frontier Basement Systems to check my encapsulated crawl space.  Upon making the appointment, the office staff, Jamie and Lynn, immediately followed up with an email to me confirming the date/time and stated price for the service.  When I requested a follow-up, the office staff immediately scheduled it.  The technician, Mike Winfree, demonstrated professionalism in providing service.  By professionalism, I mean this:  1. He showed great knowledge of what should be in place by taking his time and conducting a thorough review of all factors that define integrity in a crawl space encapsulation.  2. He demonstrated outstanding troubleshooting abilities and identified key situations that needed further attention.  3. He demonstrated unbelievable people skills by really listened to my concerns and taking his time while explaining in detail everything I needed to know about his findings.  These three factors are the hallmark of professionalism and I highly commend Frontier for that.  The spirit of good old fashioned customer service pervades Frontier.  I believe this spirit comes from the top and extends throughout the company.  I highly recommend Frontier to those seeking peace of mind about the status of their crawl space.  I will be very comfortable trusting them with my future crawl space issues.    

Dear Frontier Basement Systems, Frontier Basement Systems was the best choice for my home. I looked at many others and this one is the best. All of the staff I have spoken with is extremely thorough and prompt. Even though we chose not to completely finish our basement, when it is all said and done it will be completely dry, up to code, and will look like a totally new room down there! Our project, to my amazement, has turned out to be very affordable for us! Mr. Robert Summers came to our home on a Saturday. He assessed the property, advised on all areas of concern, and designed a plan of correction for it. He had amazing credentials and the expertise showed. "I just recently had a Water Guard system installed in my 1500 sq. finished basement and while I can't say it was a clean or easy job, it was an overall very good experience and I'm glad I chose Frontier Basement Systems to do the job. I chose them after struggling with foundation water and doing a great deal of research. I worked with 2 foremen - Hermes & Gumaro and their crews and they were respectful of myself and my home and did a very difficult job professionally and efficiently. Customer Service follow-up throughout the project was top notch as well as after the job was completed. "You can put all the right ingredients into a cake and still have to start over. These guys know how to do things right. Our utility bills have shrunk (most times by 2), the critters and bugs and spiders -etc - are almost non-existent due to the crawl space being sealed, the wood and laminate floor is warm in winter and cool in summer...........did I mention the utility bills? I highly recommend these guys. (The work was done in November, no jumping to conclusions here)"
